Klarna Checkout

Klarna Checkout is available in select countries. With Klarna Checkout you can decide to pay directly with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), with an invoice or with a direct bank transfer. General terms for Klarna Checkout can be found at General Terms.

Why is my purchase declined?

If your purchase is declined when choosing to pay by invoice it may be due to a number of different reasons:

  • You are under 18 years old
  • The shipping adress you've provided is not your legal address
  • You've provided an invalid social security number
  • You've reached your credit limit

Klarna Faktura (14 days)

Paying by invoice via Klarna is a safe and simple payment method. Paying via invoce means paying after you recieve your goods, which means you can inspect the products before paying.

Klarna Konto

When you pay a partial amount, or decide to pay in your own pace, all your purchases are collected on a single invoice due the next month. A combined invoice means a single payment, and a single OCR number. This means a simple payment, and only a single invoice charge of 29kr. With Klarna Konto you're free to pay the whole amount each month, or divide it up and pay at your own pace.

Credit Cards

We accept VISA and Mastercard. When you pay with a credit card, the payment is processed by our partner DIBS to guarantee a quick and secure payment.

Is my order confirmed?

You will get an order confirmation emailed to you shortly after your order is confirmed.

The purchase was declined, but there's still a hold on my card?

In rare cases a hold is placed on the card, even though the order fails. In those cases, the hold will be released in 1-5 bank days.

When is my return refunded?

Your refund should be visible to you on your bank statement within 5 bank days, counted from the day you recieved your return confirmation from us. The refund is always made to the same card as the purchase.

Fraud

We log all IP-numbers, and all attempts of fraud are reported to the authorities.
