Change and Returns

Here you'll find information about returns and exchanges.

General

If you wish to return a product, you need to notify us via email at kundtjanst@footish.se but remember that the cost of the return shipping is paid by you.

We recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking of the package. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages that disappear during shipping. Packages sent as COD are not picked up.

If the box is damaged or written on, or tags are missing, you will be charged a penalty fee of 300 SEK.

Exchanges

1. Email us at kundtjanst@footish.se with "Exchange + your order number" in the subject, within 30 days of receiving your package. Please include what product you want to exchange, and what you want to exchange to, so that we can hold that product for you. Make sure to check our webshop to make sure that the product and size you want to exchange to is in stock.

2. Complete the return form that was included in your delivery, and please don't forget to include the receipt

3. Make sure to take care when you wrap the products, in paper or in plastic. If the box is damaged or written on, or tags are missing, you will be charged a penalty fee of 300 SEK.

4. Send the package to: Footish, Östra Ågatan 9, 753 22 Uppsala, Sweden. Don't forget to mark the package with the sender name. Packages sent as COD will not be picked up.

5. Once your package is received, your new product will be sent to you free of charge.

Does it cost anything to make an exchange?

Yes, you as the customer is paying the cost of the return shipping. Do I have to change to the same product?

You can switch to a different size, but the same product. If you want to change model too, than you should complete another order, and send that information to customer service. That way we will make sure to send the replacement products to you free of charge.

Will I get a new invoice when changing a product?

No, there is no new invoice being created when you exchange a product

How long do I have to make up my mind about a product?

You have 30 days to decide if you want to keep your products, counted from the day you recieve your order.

Returns

Did you recieve my return?

You will get a confirmation via email as soon as your return is processed. It can take up to 14 days for a return to be reach us and be processed in our warehouse.

Do I pay my Klarna invoice even though I'm returning the product?

If the order is paid with Klarna it's important that you pay your invoice, even if you want to return the product, since it might take a few days for your package to reach us. Once the return is approved, your money will be refunded automatically.

Do I get a new invoce if I return one of two pair of shoes?

If there is anything left to pay on the invoice, you can see your updated invoice on Mina Sidor at Klarna Online.

Shipping damages

If the package or contents is broken when you recieve it, please make sure to report it to the carrier straight away. Also, make sure to contact kundtjanst@footish.se to let us know about the issue.
