Terms and Conditions
Footish applies both the Consumer Sales Act, and the law of Distance Contracts. In order to carry out an order, the customer must be of legal age, 18 years, or have parental consent. Customer refers to a legal person.
Orders
Footish products can be ordered on www.footish.se or at the store in Uppsala. Incoming orders in the www.footish.se answered with a written order confirmation via email.
Footish reserves the right to refuse a customer without reason and all orders are considered binding. Have you placed an order by mistake, you must contact us immediately.
Should an item not be in stock we will contact you and, if possible, backorder it. When we get to the backordered item, we will send it to you. If you do not wish the backordered product can be contacted Footish and cancel the order.
Prices
Prices are listed in Sweden including 25% VAT, in Swedish kronor. Outside Sweden, prices are listed in EUR or USD respectively and VAT is added depending on the shipping destination. Fees for shipping and/or billing charges may apply.
Payment
Footish offer several different payment models, depending on the country of delivery. We use only Klarna Checkout, to guarantee a fast and secure checkout.
Delivery time
Normal delivery time is 2-3 days within Sweden. For countries outside Sweden, it is 2-5 days, but variations may occur. In such cases, we will contact the customer. Footish cannot be held responsible for delivering out-of-stock or discontinued products. The shipping cost is displayed in the shopping cart.
Delivery Delays
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will contact you. We will do all we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. You, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase if an extensive delay in delivery times occur.
Situations may arise that make it impossible for us to fulfill an order, for example, if our suppliers can not meet its obligations to us. Footish reserves the right to exclude these products without compensation to the customer in such situations.
Returns
Footish honers the Swedish law of Distance Contracts, which means that the customer is entitled to a 14 day return policy, without special reason. Footish in fact, offers a 30-day return policy. The goods must be returned in original condition and in the original packaing. Footish reserves the right to charge the customer if anything is missing, or if the box is damaged. Customer is responsible for return costs. Returns sent COD will not dissolve out.
Complaints
Footish applies Consumer Sales Act if a complaint occurrs. Thus, we undertake to replace defective or damaged products free of charge. Remember not to bail out package with visible defects that may have affected the condition of the item you ordered. In that case, file a complaint to the Post directly and ask them to return the package to Footish and write the reason for returning the package. Contact kundtjanst@footish.se to inform about the complaint.
Unclaimed packages
If for some reason you do not claim your package, you must pay the cost of shipping and any freight charges.
Keep in mind that lying time of entry has been shortened to 14 days! Unclaimed packages will be charged a fee. The fee is charged in arrears. For non-payment forwarded unconditionally demands for debt collection services. No exceptions are made.
Security
We will under no circumstances to disclose any personal data without the consent of the person. The same applies to e-mail addresses.

Cookies
According to the Electronic Communications Act, which entered into force on 25 July 2003, everyone who visits a website announced on cookies. When you visit this website cookies are saved on your computer.
